How It Works

1. Invite a friend to move into the building.

2. When they sign a tenancy and move in, the clock starts ticking.

3. After your friend completes three full months of continuous stay, you’ll receive a £250 Amazon Gift Voucher as a big thank you from us!

The terms:

• £250 Amazon voucher per successful referral.
• Available only to existing Guildford Plaza residents at the time of the referral.
• The referred friend must be a new resident who has not previously lived at Guildford Plaza.
• The referral must be submitted before the referred friend signs their licence agreement.
• Only one referrer may be linked to each new resident; where multiple referrals are received, the first valid submission will be honoured.
• The referred friend must sign a licence agreement with a minimum term of three months.
• The referred friend must complete three full and consecutive months of continuous occupancy.
• The referred friend must not be in rent arrears or material breach of their licence agreement at the time the reward is due.
• If the referred friend ends their licence early or breaches the agreement, the reward will not be issued.
• The £250 Amazon Gift Voucher will be issued digitally within 14 days following completion of the third month of stay.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
