In 2025 we’re opening our first Co-living property in Guildford. But our experience and history in providing a welcoming all-bills included home goes way back. Habito Co-Living comes from the same team as Host Student Housing. A student accommodation provider who provides a welcoming, reassuring and stress-free experience at university or college for students across the UK.

And just like with Host, our management and staff will strive to exceed with exceptional quality accommodation and services at Habito Co-Living; building on the good reputation we’ve earned in student accommodation over the past 25+ years.
