Guildford Plaza is now fully open!
The wait’s over! Guildford Plaza is officially open, and you can now tour the entire building. From fully furnished studio apartments to our vibrant shared spaces, this is your chance to experience co-living as it was meant to be. Viewings are available Monday to Saturday but spaces are limited, so be sure to book ahead.

Please note: Guildford Plaza is designed first and foremost with young professionals in mind. We do welcome a limited number of postgrad and mature students looking for something more independent than halls, however, our student intake is very limited so be quick to secure one of our last remaining allocated studios.
